Eddy Hsu was born and raised in Queens , New York . He came to California to attend the University of California , Berkeley where he majored in Economics and minored in Business Administration. Prior to law school, Eddy was a web programmer in a small startup. He attended the University of San Francisco School of Law where his main focus was family law. During law school he externed for a San Francisco Superior Court Judge and he was the executive editor for the USF Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. He has practiced family law, estate planning, and probate.
