Patrick Calhoun is a Senior Bankruptcy Attorney and is of Counsel for Sagaria Law, a Professional Corporation. Sagaria Law specializes in Family Law, Bankruptcy and Estate Planning throughout all of California. Mr. Calhoun graduated from Santa Clara Law School and began his bankruptcy and family law practice in Campbell, CA as a solo practitioner in 1973. Over the past 35 years he has successfully completed over 1000 bankruptcy petitions. Mr. Calhoun specializes in chapter 11 bankruptcies in addition to chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies. Mr. Calhoun closed his solo legal practice in July 2009 and joined Sagaria Law soon thereafter.

Mr. Calhoun grew up in Southern California and moved to Northern California for law school. Mr. Calhoun enjoys golfing, sporting events and is a huge history buff. Mr. Calhoun has been a member of the Willow Glen Rotary Club for many years. Over the years he has served as President several times and enjoys volunteering in the local community. Mr. Calhoun enjoys traveling and spending time with his four children and seven grandchildren.
